Aiming at the following Copenhagen coference, officials will try to agree a new deal on climate change, and as 2012 "Kyoto Protocol" after the first phase of the follow-up programme.According to the UNFCCC secretary-general De Boer stated, on this conference, the international community should have the following four points agreement:

World climate conference in Copenhagen -- the focus problem

Focus mainly concentrated on the issue of "shared responsibility".

Climate scientists say that the world must stop the growth of greenhouse gas emissions, and in 2015 to 2020 years to start reducing emissions.Scientists expect to prevent the average global temperature rose to 2 degrees, to 2050, global greenhouse gas emissions must meet 80% of the 1990 level.
